MIL diversified into the field of Plastic Lining in 1989, as an extension of their technical expertise and capabilities in corrosion resistant field and has been a key player since then. MIL manufactures in a state-of-the-art factory at Gummidipoondi, near Chennai Metropolis, set up in technical collaboration with M/s. Fluorocarbon Company Ltd, UK, an extensive range of Plastic lined Pipes, Fittings, PTFE Expansion Joints / Bellows, PTFE lined Dip Pipes / Spargers, PTFE Spectacle Blinds, SS Braided Plain Corrugated Hoses, PTFE Tubes, Thermowells, Slide Bearings, Machined / Moulded products and so on. The annual installed capacity is 50 Metric Tonnes of Fluoropolymer Resins.

This factory is a true replica of our Collaborator's Facility in Manchester, U.K with respect to size, plant layout, production and utilities. The Factory has built up area of 1050 sq.m and have standby DG set to meet our power requirements.

  • VCM /PVC INDUSTRY

    For this core sector industry, we possess a rare distinction of having supplied PTFE lined Pipes & Fittings at project stage to all the three major producers of VCM / PVC in the country namely, Reliance Industries Ltd, Finolex Industries Ltd and Indian Petrochemicals Corporation Ltd. One of the biggest orders bagged by MIL in recent times, for the supply of PTFE lined Pipes & Fittings involving more than 5000 pieces, was from IPCL, for Gandhar Petrochemical Complex at Dahej

  • PULP & PAPER INDUSTRY

    MIL is proud to have executed turnkey supply of PTFE lined Pipes and PTFE / FEP lined Fittings for Pulp Mill Expansion at Sarapaka (A.P), ITC Ltd - Bhadrachalam Paperboards involving more than 600 pieces and the size range was 25 NB through 250 NB

  • PESTICIDES INDUSTRY

    MIL has executed many project orders for Bayer Cropscience Ltd., Gharda Chemicals Ltd., Nagarjuna Agrichem Ltd. and Bhagiradha Chemical & Industries Ltd. The total number of pieces supplied so far would exceed 7,000 nos.

  • VCM /PVC INDUSTRY

We are currently executing an order for M/s. Deccan Fine Chemicals (India) P. Ltd, Hyderabad for supply of PTFE Lined Pipes & PTFE / FEP lined Fittings valued around INR 20 millions which will give you a fairly good insight of MIL's capabilities, rich experience and technical expertise in handling jobs of such a magnitude within the scheduled time, which is an essence of any project order.
